Joy Rudisill is the Carolinas’ specialist for cuts and color.

Joy was the first North Carolina curl stylist to earn a certificate from DevaCurl through intensive training at New York’s Devachan Salon. She has added more training with DevaCurl founder Lorraine Massey, at naturallycurly.com’s “Love Your Curls Day,” with Shari Harbinger, and most recently this past December with DevaCurl’s Cal Ellis.
